OUR ENROLLMENT PROCESS

TO APPLY:​

1. Create an application account and submit your student's application.

2. Pay the $100/student application fee by clicking Online Payments  and selecting the NSCA Application & Enrollment Fees from the drop-down menu.

3. Once we receive the application and fee, we will notify you of placement in the class or waiting list, pending return of the pastoral reference form.

4. Download and return the Family Pastor Reference form within 30 days of submitting application.

5. Families whose students apply once the class is full have a couple of options:

   1. Don’t add your student to the waiting list and receive a $75 refund.

   2. Add your student to the waiting list. If you choose this option, you can remove your student at any time before a spot opens and receive a $75 refund. If a spot becomes available, the $100 application fee becomes non-refundable even if you choose not to accept a spot. We will notify you right away if a spot opens.

   3. The pastor reference form is required to be on the waiting list.

6. On 8/1, any students remaining on the waiting list will be notified if there are still no spots available and will receive a refund of $75 per student unless you want to stay on the waiting list to wait for a mid-year spot to open. (We no longer “roll over” students to the following year’s waiting list.)

7. In May, we will contact all families whose students have been placed in a class to schedule your Family Interview. This is a time for parents/guardians and students to meet with us as a family to finalize enrollment details. We are always happy to answer any questions you have! You do not have to wait for Family Interview to ask.
